Why I Like Summer By: Tony

My favorite season is summer because my birthday is in summer. My birthday is on June 23rd. I like summer because I can swim in my pool with my cousins. We play water tag and squirt gun tag. We squirt our cousins when they don't expect it. Summer is always nice outside and not cold like winter season. I love summer because I can go fishing. I go with my grandpa, and we go to the river. We use nightcrawlers for bait and catch catfish. I have caught one eighty-five pounder! I also like summer because I can shoot my gun. It is a BB gun. I shoot cans that I tie on my apple tree. Sometimes I shoot from my treehouse at the garage where the cans lay. There are lots of reasons why I like summer.
